01Equine‑Assisted Counselingwith Declan, on the land

Evidence-based therapy with the healing presence of a relational being who is a partner in the session — not used as a tool. The focus is your clinical goals, not horsemanship: the meaningful ways interaction with a horse can reflect your inner world and open space for healing.

Creation tends to calm the body, soften the heart, and make room for deeper awareness. Many clients feel a peace in the presence of a horse, as if their nervous system can finally exhale — and because horses are so attuned to our emotions, their responses offer gentle, honest feedback. At times the work may feel stretching; those moments are not obstacles, they are invitations.

Working with horses carries inherent risk — our Informed Consent covers safety in full.

02Play Therapya child's natural language

"Toys are children's words and play is their language." Trained play therapists use the therapeutic powers of play to help children resolve difficulties and grow — expressing emotion, finding creative solutions, building empathy, social skills, and confidence. Learn more at the Parents' Corner.

03AutPlay® Therapyautism, ADHD & sensory differences

An integrative, play-based family therapy approach by Dr. Robert Jason Grant for children with autism, ADHD, social anxiety, sensory differences, and physical disabilities — supporting emotional regulation, social connection, play skills, and attachment. Parents learn the same techniques for home, so the work keeps growing between sessions. More at autplaytherapy.com.

04Child & Adolescent Counselinga clear, gentle process

A safe space for kids and teens to work through big emotions — drawing on play therapy, CBT, and DBT skills depending on age and need. The process: parent intake · assessment and rapport (sessions 2–6) · parent meeting for recommendations (session 7) · treatment plan with parent check-ins every 6–8 weeks · three gentle closure sessions once goals are met.

05Christian Couple Counselingfaith at the center

Stuck in the same cycle, the same arguments resurfacing night after night? You don't have to navigate it alone. If you're seeking a counselor who honors and prioritizes your faith, you're in the right place — together we identify what's blocking closeness and build healthier pathways to connection, cohesion, and conflict resolution.

06Cognitive Behavioral Therapypractical & proven

Short-term and problem-focused: it's our perception of events, more than the events themselves, that shapes how we feel and act. Helpful for depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD, PTSD, anger, and more — with structured sessions that make every hour count.

07Expressive Arts Therapya doorway beyond words

Drawing, painting, movement, music, writing, sand tray — creative processes that externalize what's hard to say. Especially for trauma, the arts offer a safe, non-verbal doorway: your own pace, metaphor when direct words feel too vulnerable, and a rebuilt sense of agency without retelling the story too quickly.

08Trauma‑Informed Counseling"what happened to you?"

Care that recognizes how past experiences shape the present — prioritizing safety, trust, empowerment, and collaboration at a manageable pace, with grounding skills, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and attachment-focused work. The goal is never to force a story; it's space for healing, integration, and wholeness.
